Ginny

Scheduling Coordinator

I am the scheduling coordinator for the office. I have worked with Dr. Atlas for over 25 years. I have lived in West Milford for many years with my husband, Joe. We have a wonderful son, daughter in law, daughter, son in law,  and our wonderful grandchildren Gavin and Lilly. I absolutely adore being a grandmother!

I love living in the area enjoying the beautiful lakes and outdoor activities, especially with our dog Charlie. When I'm not working, I like to read, craft, paint and visit the Jersey Shore and of course spending time with my grandchildren.

I enjoy working with patients of all ages and hope that every person who comes into our office experiences the warm, caring atmosphere we strive for.

Eileen

Administration

Hello! My name is Eileen, but those to whom I'm closest call me Elle.
I'm a proud West Virginia University alumna (Let's Go Mountaineers!),
and spent the years following my graduation living and working in
locales as diverse as Paris, France; Ocala, Florida and Ann Arbor,
Michigan. I have two degrees: the first in French (a labor of love) and
the latter, Accounting (an attempt at practicality). By sheer
circumstance, and with the help of a professional affiliation initiated
by my twin sister, Karen, I ended up finding myself working in dental
administration some 11 years ago.

As part of Dr. Atlas' team, I have what I consider to be the luxury of
working hand in hand with patients and staff to maximize our clients'
insurance benefits while maintaining the highest quality standard of
care. It's not often that people say they truly love their jobs, but
there are few things I enjoy more than working with numbers and liaising
with insurance companies to best serve our patients.

In my spare time, you'll find me at my local Crossfit affiliate (l
recently managed to hit a 300lb deadlift!), out for a trail or road run,
on my road bike or engaging in some form of exercise. I'm also an avid
reader (few books rival Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier in my mind). If I
could be anywhere in the world, it'd be at my twin sister's ranch in
Texas with my niece Emma and nephew Grayson, both of whom I love like
they're my own.

Veronica

Administration

Hi there! My name is Veronica, but my friends call me Vee. I have lived in West Milford most of my life with the exception of four years spent in Pompton Lakes where I graduated from high school in 2012. I have been in the dental administration field since 2018 and find it especially rewarding. I have always had a love for animals and before entering the dental field, I was a Veterinary Assistant. In my time outside the office I can be found with my two dogs Tucker and Sami, and my boyfriend Jay. I have an older brother whom I am very close with and my family and I enjoy spending quality time whenever we get the chance to. Some of my favorite things are spending time outdoors, camping, traveling or just relaxing and enjoying life!

Amy

Registered Dental Hygienist

My name is Amy and I am a Dental Hygienist for over 15 years now. My
mother was a dental assistant, so I have been around dental offices all
my life. When I was in high school I started out as an orthodontic
receptionist and then became an orthodontic assistant. I loved the
dental field so much that I decided to go to Hygiene School. I received
my degree from Bergen Community College.

What I love the most about it is meeting new people from all different
backgrounds and having very interesting conversations. I also love
developing relationships and friendships with patients I meet.

The most satisfying part of my job is being able to comfort and help
people. It is the most amazing feeling when you turn a phobic nervous
patient into one of the best dental patients. I love being able to be
gentle and make people comfortable. I also love being able to teach
people and make their smiles shine.

Out of the dental office I am married and have two cats. We enjoy
outdoor activities like hiking and paddle boarding. We also travel to
NASCAR races around the states seeing new race tracks and visiting new places.

Cheryl

Dental Hygienist

My name is Cheryl and I have been a Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. I received my degree from Bergen County Community College. Meeting new people and teaching my patients about their dental health are my favorite parts of my job. During my free time I like to travel, cycle hike and go camping with my husband and four children.

Shelby

Certified Dental Assistant

My name is Shelby and I am 28 years old. I have lived in West Milford my
whole life and graduated West Milford High School in 2012. I then
attended a Dental Assisting program at Fortis Institute in Wayne NJ
where I graduated in 2013.

I have been a Certified Dental Assistant here at Dr. Atlas’s office for
about 9 years now.

Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to be in the dental
field. I love my profession as a CDA/RDA and I enjoy helping Dr. Atlas
create beautiful smiles for our patients.

When my work is all done enjoy working out at the gym, hiking and
spending time with my fiancé, family and friends.
